Join this successful investment banking firm and utilize your exceptional skills to provide a range of professional and personal administrative support to this senior executive. This executive needs a consummate professional with excellent judgment to anticipate priorities and a committed, proactive work ethic.

The ideal candidate will be a polished, results-oriented professional with a strong, reliable work ethic and naturally meticulous organizational skills. Qualifications:
-Minimum of 8-10 years experience supporting a senior-level executive in a busy, high-pressure environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization skills and close attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Must maintain a professional, courteous and polite manner in all internal and external interactions.
- Must be able to discretely handle confidential information.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
